Thank you for the interesting presentation about E-mail writing. Agree completely with strong advice against Bcc:. The sentence "no time, therefore long letter" is attributed to Marcel Proust (French writer 1871-1922, whose books are also very long). After careful selection of the recipients and cc: addressees, the "Answer all" button is often useful - avoids a spiderweb of 1:1 messages, each concerned with a different point of the discussion.
